We use information to operate BeeHeard features, support shared relationship experiences, improve reliability, secure accounts, and provide message coaching, check-ins, and realtime collaboration features.
Sensitive communication content
BeeHeard is designed for emotionally sensitive communication. We treat in-app message and reflection content as private product data and only use it to deliver the features you choose to use, maintain the service, and investigate abuse or security issues when necessary.
Third-party services
BeeHeard uses service providers for infrastructure, authentication, database hosting, and realtime messaging. Those providers may process limited data on our behalf in order to operate the service.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain account history unless a shorter retention period is required.
Your choices
You can request account or data support by contacting BeeHeard support. If you disconnect from a partner, BeeHeard may preserve historical conversation context needed for recordkeeping and archive views.
